This recipe for Butternut Squash soup is a slightly spicy version due to the use of curry. It's an excellent soup to eat in the fall or winter and has a very creamy and rich consistency. This recipe has few ingredients but will take a while to cook because you'll need to roast the butternut squash for an hour.

This is an excellent bread recipe that we got from my wife's sister. It makes very soft and tasty bread, rolls, or scones. It is also very fast and doesn't take long to rise (less than 30 mins). This is the best thing to dip scones in. Honey butter has never tasted so good! This dip goes really well with the Potato Bread, Roll, or Scones we have on this site.
