Apricot Sauce Recipe

"A yummy topping for the Belgian Waffles listed on the site or pancakes."

Ingredients:
2 16-ounce cans pitted apricots, packed in fruit juice, undrained
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)

Directions:
1. Place apricots and vanilla extract in blender or food processor and blend to desired consistency. Blend until smooth or chunky, depending upon personal preference.

2. Place on waffle according to Belgian Waffle recipe listed on this site.
