"This is a great slow-cooker recipe that is easy to prepare and tastes great."
Ingredients:
1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1 medium-sized onion
1 medium-sized green bell pepper, chopped
17-oz. can whole-kernel corn, drained
4-oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
11-oz. jar salsa
5 cups dry medium egg noodles, cooked
28 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and onion in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Transfer to slow cooker.
2. Top with remaining ingredients in order listed.
3. Cover.
4. Cook on low 4 hours.
