"For a delectable lunch or light supper, this pasta salad is flavored just right."
Ingredients:
8 ounces dry fusilli pasta
1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup lemon pepper sauce
1 (14.5 oz.) can artichokes, drained and chopped
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
2. Preheat broiler or grill; broil or grill chicken 5 minutes per side. Brush chicken with 1/4 cup lemon pepper sauce. Cook chicken 2 minutes longer or until done. Cut chicken into strips.
3. Toss with pasta, remaining sauce and artichokes. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
