Mushroom Fettuccine Recipe

"A great way to make fettuccine!"

Ingredients:
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp flour
1 small red pepper
5 large fresh mushrooms
1/2 onion
1 cup soy milk
1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning

Directions:
Brown onion and peppers in olive oil, but leave crisp. Add mushrooms and saute until cooked as you desire. Add flour and brown slightly. Add milk, more if needed to reach desired consistancy. Add seasonings and serve over
cooked fettuccine.
