This Raw Tomato Sauce Recipe was submitted on 02/23/2005 by Camilla from UT.
"Not only is this tomato sauce healthy, but it tastes great, too! I like to use it in place of spaghetti sauce."
Ingredients:
3 cups tomatoes, diced
4 T apple cider vinegar
1 T honey
3/4 t salt
1 T Italian herbs (basil, thyme, oregano, & garlic)
2 T basil
1 tsp jalapeno
1 med garlic clove
Directions:
Just blend all ingredients together in food processor or blender until smooth. It's that easy!
