Casserole with pork chops in mushroom gravy with peanut butter."
Ingredients:
4 pork chops
1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream of mushroom soup
3/4 can (or 1 cup) milk
2 tsp instant minced onions
2 level Tbsp peanut butter (important to not exceed this measure)
Directions:
Brown pork chops in a skillet. Drain off fat.
Mix other ingredients together over pork chops.
Cover tightly and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
Serve the chops and gravy along-side some fluffy rice
and a nice cool, crisp salad.
