Spanish Okra Recipe

"Seasoned okra with onions. Pack a punch with chili powder and as much hot sauce as you can stand."

Ingredients:
1 cup white rice
1 pkg. Pictsweet Cut Okra
1/2 cup Pictsweet Chopped Onions
1/2 cup margarine
3 tomatoes, chopped
3 Tbsp. chili powder
hot sauce to taste

Directions:
Prepare rice according to cooking directions; set aside. Place okra and onions in a container and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes; drain. In a large skillet, combine cooked okra and onions, margarine, tomatoes, chili powder and hot sauce. Cover and cook mixture over medium heat for 15 minutes or until vegetables are thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. Serve over cooked rice.
