Vegan Pasta Salad with Fresh Tomatoes

"An excellent salad to accompany your excellent main dishes."

Ingredients:
4 large tomotoes, cubed
1/2 red onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/3 cup fresh basil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 lb medium sized pasta-shells or rotini-cooked and cooled
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil, vinegar and pepper in a large bowl. Cover and refridgerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Stir cooled pasta with tomato mixture and add salt.
