Ramen Sandwich

Submitted by Teresa from NY NY

"Weird but fun to eat ramen sandwich ^-^; (Sorta borrowed from a Love Hina comic once) ^^' but just with my own kick, hope you like! ^_~v (I'm not Japanese, but this will taste great, and it's healthy just try it!)"

Ingredients:
1 package of ramen noodles
Lettuce (regular or romaine)
White bread
Hot sauce! (Garlic Chili sauce would go great if you can withstand a burning, tingly feeling in your belly after! Whoo!)
or Teriyaki sauce, any sauce you'd like!

Directions:
Follow the directions on the back of the ramen package on how to prepare, toss everything (the noodles, sauce seasoning packets into the water when it starts to boil)
This should take you 10 mins tops or less. Let the ramen simmer for an extra 3 mins (optional) Wash and cut up some romaine or regular lettuce, then place it between the bread, cut it up in mini triangles or just split the slices up to make two triangle sandwiche slices. When the ramen is not too hot, just scoop the noodles outta the pot, then spread them onto the sandwich, then get any sauce you like, (I love the garlic chili sauce) ^^; and just spread it on thick! You can use as much as you like, if you want a sloppy sandwich. But too much hot sauce is totally not for the faint of heart! oO;; you can place one more slice of lettuce in the sandwich to tone down the flavor. Enjoy! (If you're going to use a hot sauce, make sure you have something cool to wash it down with) Some ice tea, or juice.. oO;;;;
