Stuffed Grapes

"A delicious appetizer or dessert."

Ingredients:
8 oz. of cream cheese
1/3 c. confectioners sugar
1 tblsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 lb. seedless grapes

Directions:
Combine the cream cheese, confectioners sugar, lemon juice and lemon rind. Mix well.

Wash grapes.
Make two (2) cuts across the top of each grape forming an opening.

Stuff each grape with the cream cheese mixture.

Cover and refrigerate for 2 hrs.

Serve cold.
