Avocado Sandwiches

"Easy and nutritious sandwich for kids"

Ingredients:
1 avocado
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 slice American cheese
2 slices bread

Directions:
Mash the avocado in a bowl. Add lemon juice, oil, garlic salt, salt, and pepper. Stir together. Spread over sandwich bread and top with a slice of American cheese.
