Raw Crunchy Tacos

"Who says raw food lovers can't eat tacos?"

Ingredients:
3 avacados
1/4 c lemon juice
1 onion
1/4 c parsley
1 1/2 t cumin
2 cloves garlic
1 c tomatoes
1 jalapeno
1 1/2 t sea salt

Directions:
Cut avacados into chunks and pour lemon juice over it. Chop onion in food processor then add parsley, cumin, garlic, tomatoes, jalapeno, and salt. Process until smooth and creamy. Wrap avacados with creamy mixture in a lettuce leaf. Enjoy!
