Raw Spinach Quiche

"Raw Quiche Recipe"
Ingredients:
filling:
1 lb spinach
1 cup onions
1 cup almond mayo
2 cups chopped mushrooms
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup lemon juice
2T fresh dill
VegeSal to taste
Crust:
1 Cup soaked almonds or more if you like a thick crust.
1 clove of garlic
Nama Shoyu to taste.
Directions:
Filling:
In food processor mix spinach (add a little at a time) onion and mayo. Blend in the blender mushrooms, tomatoes and lemon juice. Stir both mistures together in a bowl. Add dill and VegeSal. Pour into crust and chill or warm to 105 degrees in dehydrator.
Crust:
Grind in a food processor. Press in to glass pie dish.
