Garden Greek Salad and Dressing

"A tasty Greek Salad."

Ingredients:
Salad:
1 cup pasta bows
4 cups Romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
1/2 cup carrots, grated
1/2 green, thinly sliced and/or sweet red pepper
1/4 cup artichoke hearts, not marinated
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
1/4 cup Greek Salad Dressing
Dressing:
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
4 tablespoons light olive oil
1/2 teaspoon honey or pinch sugar
2 tablespoons fresh oregano or 1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions:
Salad:
1- Cook pasta bows

2- Prepare Greek Salad Dressing and chill until serving time.

3- Prepare and toss together lettuce, carrots, green peppers, artichoke hearts, and black olives. Add cooked pasta and toss. Toss dressing over the entire vegetable/pasta mixture. Place in serving bowl.

Dressing:
1- Mix all dressing ingredients in a container that can be shaken. Shake well until oil and lemon juice have a creamy appearance. Chill until serving. Shake before serving each time.
