Swedish Pancakes

"Swedish Pancakes are custard type pancakes served warm with maple syrup. Swedish Pancakes are a wonderful breakfast meal that has a sweet buttery taste to it. They are sure to become a family favorite - our family has been enjoying this recipe for many years."

Ingredients:
4 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup Flour
1 Tbs. Sugar
Dash of Salt
4 T Butter or Margarine

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees

2. Melt 1/4 cup butter in round baking dish or casserole round in oven.

3. While the butter is melting, mix the eggs, milk, flour and sugar into a smooth batter.

4. Pour batter into dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with maple syrup.
