Raw Mushroom Pecan Gravy

"Use this as the gravy for the Raw Stuffing Patty."

Ingredients:
2 cups pecans soaked 4-6 hours
2 cups water
1/2 onion or more
1 T poultry seasoning or more to taste
2 cups mushrooms

Directions:
Blend first four ingredients in the blender. Add mushrooms and pulse. May warm to 105 degrees.

Sauce, Raw, Main Dish

Preparation Time:
10 min except for nuts

Cooking Time:
warm in dehydrator

2-4
