Creamy Herb Dressing

makes 1 cup Ingredients:
1/2 cup 1 percent tofu, soft
2 tablespoons tofu or soy or nonfat milk
2 tablespoons olive oil
2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons fresh dill or 1/2-1 teaspoon dried dill
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except the dill in the blender and blend until smooth. Scrape the sides of the blender as needed. Add more milk as needed to get a consistency that is quite thin and pourable.
2. Pour into bowl and stir in dill. Add more lemon juice if a tangier taste is preffered.
