Ingredients: 

1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
2 t baking soda
2 T cocoa
1/4 t salt
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup water
1 t vanilla

Directions: 

Sift together all dry ingredients. Add mayonaise, water, and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Bake 45 min to an hour with coals on top and bottom for first 15 minutes, then top only for the remaining time. Enjoy!
