Mark's Favorite Manicotti
If you enjoy a rich tasting pasta dish that anyone will love you must try this easy recipe.
16 UNCOOKED manicotti noodles
16 oz of cottage cheese
Any meat of your choice (2lb)cooked and cut up small
Spinach (if desired)
Marinara sauce (1 can)
Shredded Cheese of your choice
1 cup water
Mix cottage cheese, egg, meat and spinach in a bowl.
Then, stuff UNCOOKED shells with the cottage cheese, egg, meat and spinach.
Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of a baking dish then, add stuffed noodles and then cover with sauce and then add water.
Bake covered for 30 minutes then add shredded cheese and cook for 10 more minutes. It's great!
