This is one of our favorite uses for tofu. Tofu, lemon, and salt are combined to create a topping similar to yogurt in texture and taste. This tofu yogurt recipe is great for topping arabic and indian dishes.
1 package soft silken tofu
1 large lemon
salt to taste
1. In a blender or food processor combine the tofu, lemon, and salt and blend until mixed well. Add lemon and salt as needed to acheive desired taste.
2. Use the tofu yogurt however you please although it is not recommended for eating by itself. it is better used as a topping or in sauces, etc.
