Tomato Basil Fettuccine

Charity This creamy tomato basil fettuccine dish will please your family. Try adding chicken for a nice variation.

4 Ingredients:
8 oz. Fettuccine
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/8 tsp, crushed red pepper
1 tbs. of margarine
1 14.5 oz. can tomatoes undrained
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup fat free evaporated milk
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
2 Tb. grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Saute onion and red pepper flakes in butter until done. Add tomatoes and salt; cook and stir over medium high heat until most of the liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat and let stand for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk. Drain pasta and place in bowl. Add the basil, cheese and tomato mixture. Toss
